Project developer OVG commissioned Waterarchitect to design a 4000m2 floating office. OVG set a high ambition level: twice as durable, twice as sustainable, build twice as fast, twice less expenses, and twice as much satisfaction compared to a conventional office. Various design iterations were made, including one by Claus & Kaan architects. Much later, in 2021, the Powerhouse Company designed the realized floating office at the location initially proposed by OVG.
