Rotterdam Afloat
Rotterdam Afloat is a series of artist impressions commissioned by the Urgenda, Drift (both part of the Erasmus University Rotterdam) and private developer Water Wonen Rotterdam.
The designs were used as visions for a climate-adaptive Rotterdam, reusing the old industrial harbors.
